During the intro credits a magician is seen pulling a dead baby pig from a hat, and then toward the end, a man is shown holding what looks like a lifeless dog or wolf. *Episode 3 (Neighbors from Hell): multiple birds are found dead in the yard; a guinea pig is killed, graphically, on screen.
Spoiler for the finale:
Main character poisons and murders her wife who through the season (and before) ruined her life by cheating on her and then making her paranoid and insane, trying to separate her from their son.
In the thrid episode a small boy's pet hamster is seen in a microwave for a few seconds before it explodes and coats the inside of the microwave with blood.
A few minuets later a plastic bag is shown to a detective containing the remains of the pet there is no blood shown in the bag.
In the opening of season 7 (cult) there’s is a dead dog and dead pig shown. They do not look real to me but just putting it out there. Skipping the intro might be a good idea :)
Yep episode 5, just after they go up into the attic. It's pretty clear when it's going to happen so I was able to mute. No visual apart from her leaning over the toilet.
Sort of? But it’s more of a criticism of copaganda. There are characters and scenes where law enforcement is wrongfully praised, but the narrative depicts this as a bad thing and the cops are certainly not made out to be heroes.
It is not shown, but in the opening scene of the first episode, Winter aka the babysitter is upset because Trump won the else election and her friend is scared she will have a self harm relapse.
Ally is violent throughout the show, including when she is in the midst of dealing with her mental illness. And if you consider Kai to be mentally ill, the whole season is basically him being violent
I would say the main character has a good ending.
SPOILERS:
In the finale the main character Ally and her "friend" Beverly kill the man (villain) who ruined their lives. Ally poisons her wife who cheated on her and made her paranoid and insane. In the end she joins another cult. (That would be considered some what really extreme feminist)
Someone tries to get a truck to stop by standing in front of it. The truck doesn’t look like it will stop but the main character is pulled out of the way before it hits them.
*Episode 3 (Neighbors from Hell): multiple birds are found dead in the yard; a guinea pig is killed, graphically, on screen.
