While characters are manipulated into believing things that aren't true by a series of deceptive letters, it isn't gaslighting in the traditional sense.

see: does a horse die. (Not onscreen, but a character in the second area (the blue-haired kid) does bring up accidentally blowing up his pet pony multiple times)

The meat used during the (optional, located in the fourth area) Cooking With Da Capo video is VERY HEAVILY IMPLIED to be his own

Could be interpreted as such? The busyboys are all given one letter to start with, and then as they are promoted they earn more letters. One busyboy gets progressively more upset that he's not earning more letters.
SPOILERS: When he finally snaps and says his full name, it could be seen as reminiscent of a trans person being upset at not having their name respected. Also, when at the end one of the gods is demoted back to being a human, everyone immediately switches back to calling them by their human name.

Implied in an optional scene- during the fourth VHS tape (located in Buzzhuzz) it's implied that the meat Capochin is using to create the burger is from himself.

Scenes are during the end credits, not post them. They're little "where are they now" type interviews with three of the characters.
