No idea why people are saying no. A character gets their teeth pulled out, some split in middle, and are shown in detail to the camera immediately after, but this might only be in the directors cut
a few characters almost fall to their death but get caught twice. once when the boys are flying, and once toward the end when a character attempts to drop someone from a building.
A Couple of minor scares, but most of them is really just a loud sound effect with no background music
Total Jump Scare count: 5 (5 Minor)
(Minor) (12:33) Andrew turns around and Steve suddenly scares him (As a Joke)
(Minor) (14:17) The Screen suddenly flashes a few times after it goes black
(Minor) (32:18) An Aeroplane speeds by in the sky, startling the boys
(Minor) (1:05:31) After Andrew grabs his abusive dad, the hospital suddenly implodes
(Minor) (1:11:31) The apartment suddenly gets destroyed by Andrew and Matt fighting
in the party scene- Andrew vomits on a girls face and chest while attempting to be intimate- this all happens off screen but we are shown the aftermath
Andrew almost definitely has some sort of undiagnosed mental illness (anxiety attacks at the very least) and after a significant amount of time with his powers he begins to turn them on people who are hurting/abusing him. So it's justified, but extant.
im not sure why everyone is saying no- the entire beginning of the movie involves them crawling into a fairly small tunnel extremely deep into the earth
