For a horror/thriller type of movie, not really. Characters are injured and killed, but their wounds don't have an excessive amount of blood or gore, only what you'd expect from their injuries.
One night, Carter tries to save Tree, but gets killed. Then Tree is about to win against the killer, but realizes if she does, Carter will stay dead. So she dies on purpose to restart the day.
After each death, the main character (Tree) experiences some side affect of the prior death the next morning. One scene she is killed in a pool, in the next morning, she vomits water that is slightly yellow-ish, it was very sudden however, not graphic.
