Down-on-their luck brothers, Lars and Ernie Smuntz, aren't happy with the crumbling old mansion they inherit... until they discover the estate is worth millions. Before they can cash in, they have to rid the house of its single, stubborn occupant—a tiny and tenacious mouse.

Two. At the pound, a little girl is shown screaming and crying for her kitten who is almost immediately taken into a gas chamber. Then the brothers adopt a cat to hunt the mouse. This cat is harmed by slapstick violence while chasing the mouse and eventually falls down a dumbwaiter shaft. (The mouse chewed the cables.)

The mouse jumps down a woman's low cut shirt, and Lars immediately shoves his hand into her cleavage to catch the mouse. The scene goes on for a while, and the woman is visibly uncomfortable. (It does not seem that Lars is intentionally doing anything with his hand besides pursuing the mouse, however.)

(1) A man bites into a roach. There's a crunch, and he has a heart attack from the distress of it all. (2) The brothers explore an old attic. Ernie picks up a box and remarks "mothballs" and almost immediately, there's a jump scare where hundreds of moths fly out of the box. (3) An exterminator arrives, and his truck has a giant bug statue on top of it.

At the beginning of the movie, the guy looks like he’s gonna spit or vomit. and he ends up spitting out the soup on the table.
