No, but the end scene in Fundraiser (8x22) the end scene has multiple characters concerned that Kevin's dog is dead and he just doesn't know. Kevin's dog is revealed to be alive and well soon after.

Yes. Ryan is largely implied to be addicted to cocaine after he becomes Michael's boss, and later tells Michael that he helped him get off drugs. Also, in the episode "Drug Testing" a half-smoked joint is found in the parking lot. Nobody is shown smoking it.

Michael’s foot is “fairly, severely burned” by his foreman grill, and Michael was alive while it happened. It’s quite a traumatic episode.

I’d say Michael Scott has anxiety attacks, but Steve Carell portrays them in a comedic manner. As well as Dwight Schrute before delivering a public speech.

In Performance Review (2x08), brief mention is made of a past co-worker who shot himself due to depression. While other characters do take the matter seriously, Michael brushes it off by saying, Oh yeah, that guy was weird." In addition to this, one of Dunder Mifflin's founders (Mifflin) also shot himself, a fact which is mentioned throughout the show. Off the top of my head, it's definitely mentioned in Dunder Mifflin Infinity and Company Picnic. In Company Picnic, it's referenced in Michael and Holly's parody of Slumdog Millionaire -- one of the questions asks how Mifflin killed himself.

Yes Ryan somewhat gaslights Kelly throughout the show. Roy never gaslights Pam persay but is very clearly toxic to her and during some episodes some may believe he has hit her before.

Nothing graphic, but Phyllis gets flashed in one episode, and is visibly upset about it, which may be triggering to some. There is also some sexual harassment: In an earlier season Pam states that sexual harassment awareness day is the day people usually like to sexually harass her as a joke. Michael then tries to get her to make out with a blow up doll as a joke later in the episode. In a later episode when she is trying out new clothes Creed comes over and stares at her until she gets uncomfortable and changes clothes.

The only character to have a real near-death experience is Stanley, who is black. He has a heart attack and while he does not die, it could be upsetting.
