No, but the end scene in Fundraiser (8x22) the end scene has multiple characters concerned that Kevin's dog is dead and he just doesn't know. Kevin's dog is revealed to be alive and well soon after.

I’m pretty sure it’s mentioned that a character had one in the past, but it’s never shown or described

I’d say Michael Scott has anxiety attacks, but Steve Carell portrays them in a comedic manner. As well as Dwight Schrute before delivering a public speech.

There are sections of episodes entirely dedicated to fat jokes. The jokes are almost always met with negativity

In Performance Review (2x08), brief mention is made of a past co-worker who shot himself due to depression. While other characters do take the matter seriously, Michael brushes it off by saying, Oh yeah, that guy was weird." In addition to this, one of Dunder Mifflin's founders (Mifflin) also shot himself, a fact which is mentioned throughout the show. Off the top of my head, it's definitely mentioned in Dunder Mifflin Infinity and Company Picnic. In Company Picnic, it's referenced in Michael and Holly's parody of Slumdog Millionaire -- one of the questions asks how Mifflin killed himself.

In an episode where Dwight’s aunt dies, he mentions that heavy sleepers have been buried alive in the past, but it doesn’t show this.

Michael’s foot is “fairly, severely burned” by his foreman grill, and Michael was alive while it happened. It’s quite a traumatic episode.

Nothing graphic, but Phyllis gets flashed in one episode, and is visibly upset about it, which may be triggering to some. There is also some sexual harassment: In an earlier season Pam states that sexual harassment awareness day is the day people usually like to sexually harass her as a joke. Michael then tries to get her to make out with a blow up doll as a joke later in the episode. In a later episode when she is trying out new clothes Creed comes over and stares at her until she gets uncomfortable and changes clothes.

Lots of insensitive comments made by Michael Scott. Many slurs are used by Todd Packer. Some characters such as Dwight and Robert California sometimes say sexist things.
