While not necessarily animals, several demons are graphically killed on screen.

During the Black Sabbath in episode 1 and subsequent flashbacks/ other occurrences of the event contain bright, neon light effects.

A child is shot and killed in episode 8. The child isn't in a human form, though.

None of the characters get a happy ending, and the end result for society and humanity at large is also unhappy.

There is very casual drug abuse present in any depiction of Black Sabbath, especially in episode 1.

No, but a child is killed by their parent due to extenuating circumstances. (i.e. not in a fit of abusive violence or because the parent neglects them, but other reasons relating to the plot)

Ryo manipulates Akira for several episodes, gaslighting may not be the word but it is psychologically manipulative.

In a way. One of the character receives a gun threat. A few seconds later they're having sex while he still holds a gun at her. She ends up killing him shortly after.

There is a scene in episode 3 where Miki takes a bath at a man's house who then takes pictures of her without her knowledge.

The show is extremely violent. However, internal organs generally aren't shown up close or in detail, and the blood and guts are frequently non-fleshy colours like neon yellow because they belong to demons.

Very specifically, there is a scene in episode 7 where Miki is harassed by some cops on the street who call her foreigner for her green eyes- note that Miki is a half- American Japanese citizen. A flashback follows where very young children tease and bully Miki for the color of her eyes.

There are very blatant, overt sexual themes and scenes within the show. They are included throughout the show as many characters are seen nude or engaging in sexual behavior.

Very specifically, in episode 9 there is an angry mob that gathers around Miki's house waving weapons. Many carry knives, guns, and blunt objects. One stabs a cat named Tako. (See Does a cat die? for more details). Several young people are killed with knives on-screen.
