There are little anthropomorphic toy sharks that leap at you. They have little arms & legs like a teddy bear, not super closely resembling the real animal.

There are little anthropomorphic toy alligators that leap at you. They have similar proportions to a "chibi" teddy bear, not super closely resembling the real animal.

A toy-monster called Pianosaurus (which resembles a dragon/dinosaur) is killed by another toy-monster.
At one point in the game, you're given the choice to kill a little living dragon-toy. You can avoid killing the little dragon-toy.

No, but worthy of note: Children are experimented on and turned into living toys. A couple hours into chapter four you can play a tape (a brown one) in which a character sobs and describes these experiments on her. ("bad men" hurting her, taking things out and putting them back in, feeling it less every time, feeling like an object.) Has nothing to do with anything sexual but the wording was a bit triggering to me personally.

During the opening cutscene, we see a child on a tour to the Playtime Co. factory fall into a vat, which is realistic with a black censor bar covering the instant the child falls into the vat.
It is implied that a different, specific, child character has been dead for quite some time.

so. The actual instance of vomiting is bad. When the doctor says “You thought yarnaby was my only pet, bubachops runs out and spews a green acid on the player. It covers the players screen for a bit until it eventually goes away. The sheep keeps vomiting on you until you escape which can last minutes upon time. For me to escape from the vomiting sheep took me about 4 minutes. If vomiting bothers you stop playing at this point. If you do this with dying it can last a while.

A new mechanic was added to the series in chapter 4 where you have to slowly sidestep between very tight spaces like collapsed walls & shelves. There's also multiple moments where you have to crawl through a vent like in previous chapters.

Sort of, a child is depicted falling into a vat in the opening cutscene, implied to have died in the vat.
