On fingertips, yes. To 'seal a curse' Kat, Nora, and- if the player chooses- Swann, cut the ends of their pointer fingers with a knife and press the cuts together. We see a small, bloodied slit on each finger.

To 'seal a curse', Kat nicks the end of her finger with a knife, then follows Nora, then Swann (if you choose to), and they all press their fingers together. You see that each girl has a small, bloodied cut on the end of their finger. Instead of cutting her finger, Autumn instead decides to bite hers, and it draws blood.
