A dead child relative is a continues plot point, but their death is never shown on screen. Also there are kid-like Digimon and they arguably die. Also there are death-like fates for minors on screen. Not exactly death in a literal sense though.
Some human shaped digimon reveal a lot, but there are no scenes where someone could be considered nude or exposing of any parts that would require sensoring.
...so.. I think the attack of one Digimon is supposed to be Digimon-canibalism. But what we see is them eating a bunch of cooking ingreedients. But the fact this harms the opposing Digimon and heals the attacker feels like a cannibalism metaphor. Very cartoonish looking and non serious though.
Arguably yes: One Digimon explicitely turns mentally ill and violent and becomes non violent again once they snap put of the mental illness. But it is not a mental illness in the medical sense and the game doesn't treat it as such. It is a "the manisfastation of one of the biblical sins consumes this Digimon" - kind of situation.
