there is an optional cooking sequence where (spoilers) the ingredients are later compared to blood and flesh. it's invoked symbolically and not really elaborated upon, but the visual could trigger some players

technically, the main character has a pet cat which he "abandons" in some endings, but the cat is never shown and it's not brought up in-game apart from one optional piece of dialogue

There's an ending about forgiveness that implies forgiving people who have mistreated the main character, although they aren't named specifically as abusers as the main theme is intended to be forgiving oneself - this does, IMO, read as "forgiving bullies" which is iffy.

while stalking is a major part of the story, there are never any indications that it has a sexual element. the actions of the character in question are invasive but nothing in the game suggests that they are sexually motivated

there is implied corpse dismemberment; one cg depicts a severed hand (it's a corpse part, not from any of the main characters)

there is also an optional cooking sequence where (spoilers) the ingredients are later compared to blood and flesh. it's invoked symbolically and not really elaborated upon, but the visual could trigger some players

semi-frequent jumpscares of sudden static noises or images. off the top of my head:

- any time you pick up a red ticket, a flashback will suddenly start and the screen will pulse red
- the first time you go outside, there will be a short chase sequence. the chase will not start until the player closes the text that explains how to dash
- mild jumpscare when you use the vending machine (severed arm)

exclusive to ends a, b, and c:
- there's one sequence where you enter an apartment; when you try to leave, you'll look through the peephole and there will be nothing. checking a second time will show an eye looking back at you
- when you're in a long hallway headed north, you'll get separated from your companion. after you go far enough, there will be a cg where he suddenly reappears
- there is a chase sequence at the end of the game that isn't too hard to "win" (if you're caught you can pass a qte to continue)

main character has a weak stomach and mentions being nauseous several times; there is one plot-required scene where he dry heaves

there's an optional scene where he vomits offscreen; to avoid this, don't use the "red wine" inventory item on him (you can complete the associated quest without ever using the item in that way)

SPOILERS:
endings a, b, and c have a scene where he vomits and it's shown in his sprite. apart from this, the game has no visual depictions of vomit

SPOILERS:

happens in endings a, b, and c. the success of the attempt varies and the death is never shown

there is also flavor text in a character's apartment that vaguely implies suicidal ideation, but nothing explicit
