In 'Gunmen of the Apocalypse, a character retches into a hat, audio but no visual. Start skipping when Rimmer says "I'll have it neat then". 'In 'Balance of Power' and also in 'Lemons', one of the characters runs off with their hands over there mouths and sickness is implied, but no audio or visual, I found it fine to watch. Also, in 'Quarantine', there is a triangular warning sign depicting a person throwing up, if you want to skip it it's after Lister starts wiping away the dust on the 'Most Gross Danger' sign. However, if references to it triggers you, this may not be the show for you as they reference it pretty frequently.
