I would argue yes but I'm not sure. About 40 mins into season 4 episode 1, it's revealed that a woman was drugged and "used" by men, its then shown on a projector screen? For a pretty long time too so if this is triggering I would definitely skip, I had to.
20ish minutes into season 4 episode 4 Elsa is drugged and it feels very similar to rape so I would just skip, but they don't have sex with her they chop off her leg.

• 25-30 minutes into s4 episode 4, two men with dwarfism say that they're jealous of the clowns job because kids get to sit on his lap. They then, invite the clown (twisty) to smoke with them at a bonfire and tell him that they know he liked to do things with kids and that the police are coming. (Twisty didn't do anything)

Around 24 minutes into episode 2, the bald guy screams at a kid to shut up and then tries to kill it (if this is triggering, i would skip as soon as the bearded woman says "stay away from my jimmy" Around 30 mins into episode 1, they're adults so I don't know if it counts but the twins mother slaps them in a flashback.
All scenes with Penny's Dad *even though she's an adult*

Around 40 minutes into episode one, a blonde woman comes out, freaking out and trying to leave. It's revealed that Elsa drugged her and set her up to be raped. I had to fassforward for my own ptsd so I don't know how graphic it is but she's shown on a big projector screen what happened to her. Elsa then tells her she enjoyed it.

I would say that twisty the clown shows symptoms of autism or another mental disability and this is taken advantage of by his physically disabled colleagues. 30 ish minutes into S4 ep 4, the two men with dwarfism invite the clown around the fire, they then make fun of him and trick him into thinking the police are after him because "they know he did things to little kids" which he didn't do. His whole backstory focuses on his mental disability and trauma around his backstory.

A character is intersex (unsure) and is raised as a boy till puberty in her back story, but develops as a female and her husband says she isn't fully woman until a doctor confirms it. Misgendering is mostly centered around backstory of being mistaken as a boy when she is fully woman with abnormal parts
