around 25 mins in in episode 4 after the butcher gives everyone fruit and they start choking a woman vomits, it’s very quick and just the sound and silhouette but it was still enough to trigger me so be careful depending on how sensitive u are <3 update: around 25:40 there’s a close up of a man with vomit coming out his mouth it is fairly graphic i’d recommend covering the screen!
