Kyoko's father started as a good guy, but went crazy enough to kill the whole family after he learned that his followers to his church were only coming because Kyuubey compelled them to by Kyouko's wish, and not from actual interest.

There’s a scene in a bus where two creepy men are saying some gross stuff about their girlfriend and objectifying her. Sayaka stands up against them and says what they’re saying is wrong. The discussion is only about a minute long, so you can fast forward until the camera focuses on Sayaka again.

When Kyoko is fighting witch Sayaka, we can see a blood-like substance comming out from her skirt. It is incredibly surreal and mostly metaphorical, but I believe this is meant to show Kyoko's growing maturity mentally and emotionally, metaphorically.

"Unstable or unhinged" is maybe too strong. There are recurring locations (witches' labyrinths) that have an exaggerated artstyle and layout that is sometimes inconsistent with the corresponding real world locations. These are self-contained and internally consistent within the narrative, it's mostly just aesthetically "unreal". The last episode features a character rewriting reality, but only in one specific way, which again makes internal sense within the fiction. It is never unclear to the viewer whether what is happening is real or not.

There is a momentary scene with a jewish girl being brought to a concentration camp in n**i germany. the show itself is not antisemitic, and shows this as being a horrible thing that she should be saved from.

Two girls implied to be in a relationship both die, another girl doesn't exactly "die" but sacrifices herself for her female love interest.

No literal demons or hell, but the witches are very eldritch and demonlike.

Hardly any, except one character is shown in lingerie in the show's opening. There is other nudity in the show, but it's artistic rather than sexual and nothing is actually shown.

Two men say some creepy things about and objectify their girlfriend when on a train. Sayaka comments about how cruel that is to their girlfriends, and stands up for her.

There are some fairly existential discussions, especially in the latter half of the show.

Depends on how you see it, extremely bittersweet. Wouldn't describe it as sad but left me with a similar feeling.

pmmm has very little bloodshed. though there still certainly is blood in a couple scenes, it's not gory at all. the darkness of its themes may have caused some to misremember it as more bloody than it really was. but the blood is minimal and the comment saying theres a lot is wrong.

There is a natural disaster though which actually caused the final episodes to be delayed in the wake of the 2011 Tohoku earthquake
