For the most part, no, but if Nanao's workplace is destroyed too many times, there is a cutscene showing her considering applying to work as an exotic dancer despite being 17. This is never actually shown.

No. There is a misconception that one character can commit suicide in a bad ending, but this is a hoax made up by some guy on GameFAQs.

No, but Nanao talks about eating nothing but bread and water due to living in poverty and being unable to afford anything else. This causes her to regularly pass out from malnutrition. When informed about this a school nurse makes an offhand comment referencing eating disorders.

Does an LGBT person die?

Considering one third of the human population dies by the end, presumably some LGBT people died. No one on the main cast is explicitly stated to be LGBT, but playing as Yui, the female protagonist, causes some conversations with Nanao and Ellen that were intended to be written as romantic for the male protagonists to still read as such. They only ever refer to each other as "best friends", but it's not difficult to read between the lines. It is possible for both Nanao and Ellen to be killed in some missions, but this is considered a failure state and restarts the mission.

All of the Meganites and most Volgara are equipped with projectile weapons, and military tanks are featured in some missions. Souya is shown holding a gun in one of his sprites, but I don't think he is ever shown using it.

Later in the game, the Volgara start using toxic gas which can kill the protagonist if they don't get to high ground.

Both the player character and NPCs can be hit by the cars that randomly drive around - this just causes them to be sent flying, lose a bit of health, then just get right back up like nothing happened.

Cars can crash into a Meganite or Volgara if they are positioned on a road. The car just explodes without much impact. At the end of episode 44, Live Action News, there is a scripted event where a character is hospitalized when their car is destroyed during a robot battle - their injuries aren't shown in any real detail and are just shown with their arm in a sling in the very next mission.

One of the playable Meganite, Laguiole, can transform into a plane, which can obviously crash into a building if the player makes it do so. This does much more damage to the building than the plane.

There is a scene where the protagonist and Nanao visit the school nurse, but the camera remains outside the school and doesn't show the sick bay. A hospital is also one of the buildings that must be protected in some missions, but again, the inside is never shown.

Nanao mentions having anemia. She also often has fainting spells, though this is likely due to malnutrition from her financial woes. Saki mentions having a "weak heart" which causes her to have seizures, though this only comes up once.

One character makes a suggestive comment about another, describing her as "stacked". He is yelled at and presented as creepy for doing this. Outside of this most characters wear fairly practical clothing and little focus is put on any particular character's looks.

Canonically, no. If a major character dies it is usually considered a fail state and restarts the mission, or they just randomly come back to life later like nothing happened.

Keiko moves into the foundation's headquarters after her condo is destroyed. With the sheer number of buildings that are destroyed during gameplay, a large number of background characters likely also lose their homes.
