No, but you may accidentally think so. There is a scene where someone gets drunk and you see them with their shirt off (male) and another person who is known to have a crush on them in laying them on a couch (also shirtless, also male) while they are pretty out of it. I definitely misinterpreted this scene and I think it is made to be that way because the main character thinks these two are a couple after this (but we as the audience know they don't actually like each other which is why I thought something worse.) In actuality, they are kinda friends though one does have an unrequited crush on the other. But nothing bad happened, the one guy threw up on them both and they took their shirts off, and then the other was simply helping him lay down.

There is one scene in which the main couple are implied to sleep together. It does not show anything explicit. They are in bed and the girl doesn't seem to have a shirt on, but everything is covered by a blanket. The scene doesn't last for long.

At one point a character drops their handbag on their foot. They are okay and no injury is shown, however they do rub their foot and say that it hurt.

Are there abusive parents?

One of the main character's parents are extremely disapproving of them, going so far to disown them. The parents, well mainly the father, berate their child publicly. The character says this is "normal"/"they're used to it" when their friend tries to stand up for them and starts crying at how they are being treated. One can assume from how casual they are about it that their parents have been abusive towards them for some time. (The parents are later shown watching their child on TV and even the father doesn't turn the TV off. As far as I known though, they never actually apologize to their kid or re-accept them into the family). This character is an adult when we see arguments with their parents/the disowning happening.

Not as a child, but a character has their parents disown them due to them dressing in a way they don't approve of (cross dressing).

A cross dresser's parents are very disapproving of him and say stuff like you're giving the family a bad name and other very hurtful things. This is for one scene, most of the time people are accepting of this character.

Is an LGBT+ person outed?

Accidentally. A cross dresser is not cross dressing and doesn't want the person they are around to know about that. Another person calls them by their cross dressing name and this character figures out that they are the same person as a girl they have met (that they were cross dressing). It works out though, the person they were trying to keep it from is understanding.
^ this also may depend on if you see cross dressing as part of LGBT+ or not. I don't think the character is portrayed as trans, but they do say they like being pretty and feel comfortable dressing in a feminine way, so one could see them as trans coded or nonbinary. They do seem okay being addressed as their biological gender though. I would maybe say genderfluid/bigender is the closest to what I interpret them as, but I'm sure this would be interpreted differently by others as it's left pretty open in the show. They also do not seem to care that a person of the same biological gender has a crush on them, so I do feel like they can be interpreted as bi/pan as well.

While not actual screaming, the main character has a habit of using a kinda half scream to express surprise. It is a little loud/startling to me at times.

There are a couple times of someone asking to borrow another person's shower, or characters shown in a towel, but nothing explicit and no nudity.

Not live theatre, but in the show there is slight smoke with a campfire, nothing extreme.

Haruka drank too much the night before and is shown in her apartment (?) running to the bathroom. It’s also shown that it’ll happen again but I don’t think it does. A bit of audio but no visual, at least I don’t think so.
