There is no dead cats fortunately. However, Sally owns a cat named Gizmo who happens to be pretty adorable and can be seen doing odd things.

I wanna say no, because I don't think any teeth are shown being damaged while still attached to a person, but there's some loose teeth that you have to collect and burn, so look out for that if that's not your cuppa

There absolutely are ghosts. A lot of the people you interact with are dead in later games of Sally Face. It's all linked to cults as well.

Are there incestuous relationships?

Before and after interacting with a ghost, the lights flicker on and off. It's quite mild, but I'd count it as strobe effects just to be safe.

In chapter one, a corpse is shown with their head split open. It's rather detailed and up-close.

Main character is killed via electrocution by police at the end. Not a happy end.

*Spoilers* Yes. Someone does break their bone if I remember correctly. At the end of chapter 2, Dr. Enon (I think that was his name?) falls out of Larry's old treehouse. It then cuts to a CG of Dr. Enon on the ground. I believe either his arm or leg was broken, possibly both.

In Chapter 2, a corpse is seen hanging from a noose. The optional minigame House of the Wretched also shows a hanging corpse at the end. In Chapter 4 a major character commits suicide off-screen. The player can also optionally visit room 403 towards the end of the game and find a minor character has committed suicide with a firearm.

(somewhat spoilers) Sally Face's therapist goes to Sal's friend's treehouse and is startled, which makes him fall out. It then shows him on the ground, with his knee completely bent and a bone popping out.

In Chapter One Miss Rosenberg, an old woman, mistakenly misgenders Sal (a teenage boy who is rather short and wears pigtails) when she first meets him. No attention is brought to it and in later episodes she refers to him by the correct gender.

It’s not explicitly stated but one character acts with the characteristics of a drug abuser.
