One of the Ming cooks struggles to eat in the judging portion of the third round. There is nothing too upsetting going on and it is quickly resolved, but they do mention that he might be anorexic. The explanation of the disease is very factual and non-specific and the cook eventually does eat when the dish is served in a less fancy way.

The young prince after getting his medicine, throws up the medicine. It is short but visual and there is sound of his gag and the liquid falling on the floor. It does not look like vomit though, it looks like soy sauce or coca cola. It happens around 55 minutes.
