There are no scenes in which a person vomits or even gags, but vomit is briefly mentioned a few times throughout the play.
The first time is in Act Two, Scene 1, when Detective Drake is trying to find Carl Custodian. She says, "Maybe if one of you vomits, he'll show up. Custodians have a sixth sense about such things. Any Volunteers? No."
The second time is also in Act Two, Scene 1, after Carl Custodian appears. He says, "What am I doing up here? Did someone throw up onstage again? I'm not paid enough for that."
The third time is in Act Two, Scene 3, when Sinclair is reading the cover of a script that Carl Custodian gives to him. He says, "Puke, or Something Like It. A Play by Carl P. Custodian. Now this is theatre. This I could direct."

Carl Custodian's mother forces him to lotion her entire body, though this isn't actually seen, as another scene begins immediately. Nothing sexually or romantically explicit is mentioned, but this scene can be interpreted as emotional incest.

In the Canon ending, it is revealed that Sinclair was not actually murdered, but in his plan to fake his death, he did kill another actor. The fact that Sinclair is not dead can itself be a sad ending, because he is the villain. In the alternative two endings, it is revealed that Sinclair was actually murdered.

Carl Custodian is coded as neurodivergent and treated poorly by some of the other characters, but it isn't necessarily related to his implied neurodivergency.

This is a stage play, so every recording will be different. But if you're seeing it live, there is no camera at all.

Sinclair Hemmings is flamboyant and dramatic, but is not explicitly LGBT+.

Sort of. The entire play is surrounding the death of a director named Sinclair Hemmings. In the very first scene of the play, Sinclair (or a dummy/mannequin replacing his actor) is supposed to lie limp on the ground for several minutes as other characters manhandle him and reposition him. In the canon ending, it turns out that he is not actually dead, but faked his death. However, a character named Mr. Newland (who was not mentioned until this point) IS canonically dead, as Sinclair locked the only exits to the room he was in, and there was only about 30 minutes of air. Mr. Newland's body is shown (sometimes a dummy, sometimes an actor who simply goes limp for the part.) In the two alternative endings to the play, Sinclair is confirmed to be actually dead. Mr. Newland is not mentioned in those alternative endings.

Multiple characters are placed in the audience and are "pulled out" of the audience before they go on stage. There is also audience interaction at several points, but no audience participation.

During the beginning of the play, Sinclair's body is sometimes represented by a dummy, depending on the theater presenting the play. Mr. Newland's body at the end of the play is also often represented by a dummy.
