There is a mission that takes place in an underground dog fighting arena that has one body in it. Enemy patrol dogs are also in other missions or locations, but they can almost always be avoided or stunned without killing them. Friendly dogs appear in the map, and it is possible to accidentally injure them while driving, BUT you can also pet them.
