Not as a major plotpoint or to a specific character. Just the usual supply of conniving villains that don't admit they're conniving villains at first.

Most of the enemies you fight and kill are nonsentient fantasy animals.
In addition there are story animal-like dubiously sentient life forms called titans and several of them die in cutscenes or are found dead.
Actual animals are referenced to have died off-screen in places.

There are several corpses of dinosaur-like enemies around the map with their chests ripped open (no blood) like they are prey kills of the enemies nearby, though you dont need to see them to progress. There are also several corpses of titans- animal-like entities that seem to be capable of reason around, a few of which feature in necessary cutscenes.

There is a fantasy human-like species that has several characters of which that have consumed humans. While they are not the same species, they are referred to as cannibals. A non-explicit scene of this occurring is shown, but it is unclear if the character shoved a human heart into their chest or actually ate it due to conflicting information shown and told and this character being a special case.

There is a brief flashback cutscene of an antagonist on fire with nonexplicit but still body horror-esque injuries.
You have the opportunity to kill enemies with fire-based attacks. The animations aren't explicit and at the usual level of cartoon violence.

This might be a bit of a stretch, but one character attempts to attack another by altering the replication rate of their body's cells (which is what cancer basically is), causing the victim's body to visibly bulge out. They use their villain-get-out-of-jail-free card so it doesn't matter.

One character hides their true form but is less personal discomfort with their body and more being afraid of other people's reactions. A main character makes an aside comment during a day/night cycle change saying they are self-concious about being seen glowing in the dark, but no one directly says or shows they are uncomfortable with their body.

There is a area where one is within a long dead corpse of a being called a titian and one sees the smashed and also long dead eggs of this being inside it. The corpses are hard to make out but viewable in cutscene and if you walk around. Its talked about within a cutscene. No human stillbirth, however.

There is a running gag where characters mistake a party member who is a woman for a man in sidequests and one heart to heart and this upsets her a bit, but its not malicious and they are corrected about it. This running gag is used for comedic effect. There is also a optional boy character who is mistaken for a girl frequently but doesnt seem to mind or be aware he is passing as a girl.

Including but not limited to: the base design of the vast majority of female characters, a "selling your body" joke (*mostly* obscured by the English translation), a sleepwalking girl waking up in the boys' room, hot spring nudity, breast envy, panty shots, a lady obsessed with gathering an all-girl "entourage" for "tea parties", a "not-safe-for-work folio" being used as a design bible by three generations of non-humans for combat robots that look like human teenage girls in maid outfits, and a blink-and-you-miss-it description of people-in-a-jar being lined up with "pretty pictures" of themselves.

Two main characters are explicitly homeless, the main character, who used to live on the back of his giant dragon caretaker but said dragon is now small and thus cannot do so anymore, and the other is a girl whos family became homeless due to medical debt and spent a large portion of time homeless before being picked up by the antagonists. When she leaves them she technically becomes homeless again. Several NPCs are also explicitly homeless, including children.
