Wooly (sheep) and Chickenscratch (possum) are hurt in both comedic and serious ways on the tape, but both are explained to be human souls trapped in a cartoon dimension, so technically no actual animals are hurt.

A possum chokes and dies; the possum is a human trapped in a cartoon world, but it's still in an animal body.

If you force the possum to eat his entire plate, he will do so, and then turn to the side and vomit it all up for several seconds.

The abuse of Amanda/Rebecca is a central point of the series. We don't see anything physical onscreen but we are told about how isolated and manipulated she was.

Not onscreen. Amanda/Rebecca's backstory involves being tortuously forced into the cartoon world, and there are times when the screen cuts and we hear Wooly scream, implying Amanda's hurting him.

In the prologue, we hear about multiple child test subjects Hameln has. We eventually see those children were trapped in cryo pods, but if you look inside you can only see disembodied body parts. In the actual game, you can give the pods the kids' favorite food, and their spirits give you a note saying that they "like you" and give you a bonus item. You cannot save them.
Jordan (a kidnapped child trapped in a cartoon world as a possum) begins choking and dying during the Scavenger Hunt tape. Once he stops breathing, the tape ends, with Amanda looking shocked and scared.
And like the first two games, it's implied that Amanda's show has been luring kids into the fictional world and killing them, though this plot point is less present in this game as it's more focused on freeing Amanda.

Two demons appear with exaggerated body parts to a disturbing degree. Amanda dresses up a doll for a party, whose face distorts in the mirror. In the same mirror, you can see a shriveled, dead corpse whenever Wooly looks inside. When Wooly finally breaks down, his body "glitches" and you can see his skull. Finally, in the True End, the Amanda-Demon appears with its arm ripped off, still bleeding.

Less than in the previous games, but if you mess up enough one of the demons will arrive and kill you. However, both death scenes have a bit of a preamble, so they don't exactly surprise you.

POSSIBLY. Amanda recalls when she was alive as Rebecca, and how she and another "little girl" were best friends and went to the beach together. It's implied but never stated that this best friend is the player character, Riley, who is referred to with they/them pronouns outside of this instance. Since Amanda has previously used they/them when talking to Riley, and this scene is just her remembering them as young children (maybe 6-7), it's probably an unintentional misgendering if anything.

It's implied, but present. When Amanda presents a meal to Chickenscratch, she tells him insistently that the best way to have a "healthy relationship with food" is to eat everything on your plate. This is obviously presented as false and ironic, but she does continue this point, clearly reiterating something that's been said to her, and forces the animal to eat everything.

Rebecca is kidnapped by Hameln, who claim to the rest of the world and presumably to her that her father abandoned her. He does try to locate her, but is killed in the process. Hameln, who had stewardship of Rebecca, then abandons her once her demon becomes uncontrollable and tries to kill her by destroying the tapes.

Amanda lashes out at Wooly often, usually violently, due to her past trauma. We later find out he was and is still complicit in her abuse, so it makes sense that she acts like this. Wooly's human form, Marcus, is also shown to be a massive pushover who did whatever was asked of him. It's never made clear if this is a disorder or not, but at the end of the game he eventually snaps and gives into his demon persona.

Depends on interpretation. Wooly's human form, Marcus, was exploited by Hameln, who tricked him into becoming a demon-creature in order to keep Amanda/Rebecca under control. He then takes over her exploitation and continues forcing her to stay as Amanda despite her attempts to remember her past life and escape. In response, Amanda often attacks and belittles him.

In terms of real religion, a fictional candy brand is called the "Mighty Samsons," potentially a biblical reference.
