Multiple characters are suicidal; at least one has someone kill them on purpose (assisted suicide) and another actively decides to die.

In OwengeJuiceTV's POV, there is a flashback to a child that is about to be killed. It is mentioned several times in the series that there have been massacres in Oakhurst that include children.
Vampire "fledgeling" relationships are sometimes treated similarly to parent/child ones, though this isn't leaned into as much as it could have been. Fledglings die and "sire"s are sometimes upset about it.

Apokuna is a trans woman in real life, though I'm not sure if her character is. ZombieCleo is nonbinary and uses she/they pronouns. Shubble uses she/they pronouns. Pyroscythe uses he/they pronouns. There are multiple other creators and characters that use she/they or he/they pronouns. They are not depicted as predators because of this, though some become vampires (which are predatory animals) and thus are treated as such.

In OwengeJuiceTV's backstory, shown in his POV and illustrated, somebody is burned to death. I don't think it's shown in other POVs, but it is mentioned.
Characters occasionally light on fire (Minecraft), and sometimes are lit on fire on purpose, but no burning at the stake like above.

Someone tries to kill a vampire by cutting into them with an axe, but the vampire just respawns. The person replies that they put an axe 'in their throat', but it's not shown on screen. Some fanwork depicts it as decapitation.

Technically, one of the vampires is about 1100 years old. They have a brief crush/would-be-situationship with somebody who started out as a human during the series (so early 20s, I believe), but they only kiss once. There are allusions to romance between two characters (one is ~220, but spent 200 of those years buried underground-- one is late 50s, so it's arguable which way the age gap goes), but they don't enter a relationship.

Many of the creators and characters are LGBTQ.
The creator AvidMC/AvidYT has said that from his character's perspective, vampirism is an allegory for queerness. Through that lens, there are many more LGBTQ people that die, and anti-vampirism rhetoric would be considered homophobic, though this is not canon to everybody's interpretations and is centric to that creator.

No real-world hate speech. However, vampires are called sinful, creatures of the night, disgusting, etc, and vampirism is treated as a rot or disease.
AvidMC/AvidYT has said that in his character's perspective, vampirism is an allegory for queerness, which means any anti-vampire sentiment his character hears or gives could be seen as anti-LGBTQ.

Characters use hurt that was done to them and turn it outwards to harm others consistently. One character was outcast their whole life and then had a loved one killed and then became a serial killer, but I don't think there were any abusers in anybody's backstories.

Though not mechanically possible in Minecraft, when a character dies but is able to respawn they often are said to have broken a bone or sustained an injury. [SPOILERS] specifically when Martyn falls off of a bridge and dies, the vampires mention that he "broke his leg" in canon.

Legundo's character suffers from PTSD and there is an episode where a part of it is edited as if he's drifting in and out of dissociation/awareness of his actions.
When hearing that somebody they cared about died, two creators edited a high-pitched whine and the audio to go muffled as well as static and cinematic effects.
