The dead cat scene is 24 minutes into the episode. The flashback scene right before it is when Constance is talking about how Michael would leave her "gifts" (the dead animals) and you see an out of focus shot of a dead mouse on her doorknob. Skip that minute or two and you'll miss it without loosing the rest of the storyline. You're welcome.
