Daryl is not seen drinking in the scene, but there are alcohol bottles lying around when we see how he is mentally affected by a breakup. His hair is wild and he appears to be drunk.
A man touches a woman's arse without her consent, and carries on flirting at her despite her visible discomfort and lack of enthusiasm.
Beyond that, the main male character does bully and hypnotise the three female characters into a sexual relationship.
A character is congealed by a wax figurine. This figurine is dropped and limbs are broken off, and although it happens behind a closed door, the character's body presumably breaks in the same way. We later see his body has taken on a more demonic form.
We see a character trip on some pearls and fall down the stairs. She sits with her legs at an odd angle and says they're broken. We later see her in casts.
1. A character is made to violently vomit until they are killed. 2. Three women are forced to live their worst nightmares. This includes two cases of psychological torture, and one where the women is incapacitated with pain. There is a graphic depiction of a piece of fruit getting destroyed to represent the pain caused to the woman. 3. The women get revenge by humiliating and stabbing a wax figurine of a man with pins and needles, causing a real person to scream in pain and jerk the "stabbed" limbs.
There is not excessive gore, or any gore really. The worst thing is a few blood splatters shown on an object to indicate serious injury and when a character breaks her leg, it goes at an odd angle. No open wounds of any kind are shown.

The main characters are in a polyamorous relationship in a small Christian town. They are called sluts, whores, and perverted. This sort of language is used in multiple scenes.
There is very graphic vomiting scenes. There is also a scene where a piece of red fruit is messily destroyed to metaphorically represent internal injuries being inflicted on a character. We see bruises, and a character sitting at an odd angle due to broken bones. There is also very minimal blood in the battle during the end and the scene leading up to it.
