the primary bad ending involves abandoning your dog by not going through the final area. most playthroughs will get the good ending simply by virtue of going through the final area, though
Its said that one of the characters, Jane’s, boyfriend/husband makes her believe shes overweight and such and its implied that it either worsens or creates her eating disorder. If that counts.
The player has to crush a doll's head in order to progress. Although it has a meta twist (your own vision is crushed from the sides as it is happening), there is no gore.
probably the biggest one is one where a train (with a very loud and sudden horn) comes barrelling at you (but it doesn't hit you.) the ghost train enemies are also very fond of this. you may want to turn your volume down.
it's a major thing. the entirety of grand bulim avenue kind of revolves around recovering from it and moving forward, and it shows up throughout the game as well
The DLC Mursus Tape "The Way Out" is based on suicide. It's fairly graphic in many suicide methods and I would not recommend watching/playing it if you are sensitive to this.
