The Hotel Del Luna, located in Seoul, is not like any other hotel: its client are all ghosts. Jang Man-Wol, stuck in the hotel for the past millennium, meets Koo Chan-Sung, the new manager.

A woman is filmed while changing, without her knowledge. It is the back story of one of the ghosts, who uses the video to target men. Several men are shown being excited to watch what they know is an illegal non-consensual video.
Large age gaps due to immortality/ghosts. One couple has a 1000 year age difference, another is approximately 70 years difference but they appear of similar ages.
The owner dies, leaving the dog alive, but the owner, as a ghost, makes sure the dog has a way to escape the house. Despite the option to leave, the dog dies and accompanies the owner to heaven, so is eventually not left behind.
While we don’t see it on screen, we learn that a serial killer uses a needle to drug victims before he kills them.
Also, two humans are given drinks that make them remember things, and they are essentially drugged after and wake up with no memory of how they got there.
In episode 6, a traumatized ghost takes revenge on someone's eyes with a decidedly long-drawn and squishy sound.

There is a story of a mother losing her baby in a very distressing way, which could be very triggering for some. There is also a pregnant woman who features in a few episodes
No hell is shown, but ghosts can become evil ghosts which are similar to demons. Instead of going to hell their souls are destroyed permanently by a god who metes out justice.
Very bittersweet. The show is overall quite sad, and the last episode is a sobfest of many emotional goodbyes as people go to the afterlife. The last couple minutes show happy new lives, but it’s not well explained and the writers themselves say this is more an imagining of a hoped-for future, which will not be in Chan-sung’s current lifetime, if at all.
Episode 1 - man gets shot in the chest but doesn't die - only gets scared and a sensation of pain, the bullet is not real. It's implied a woman got shot in the head and died.
