Not mutilation not graphic BUT TW for those who are sensitive to this subject. The black cat in episode 6 appears to have a white ‘scar’ over an eye. Nothing graphic is shown in this episode, but the scar over a closed eyelid. It is acknowledged by Haru but not gone into any detail. Mid episode the black cat tells Haru to watch out for the birds above and it seems as though they are alluding to the injury caused from the birds..
