Sort of? While it's possible for Luigi to wind up with no house by the end of the game, this requires picking up almost no money whatsoever, which is extremely difficult.
Tentatively marking it as yes, but the premise of the first game is that Luigi wins a mansion from a contest he didn't even enter. One that he *knows* he didn't enter.
No, but an infamous lighting glitch in one part of the game does make it seem like the shadow of the main character is being hung. This is only in the original Gamecube version
Several of the ghosts are young children or infants, and must be vacuumed up to progress. However, the infant is stated to have been born a ghost. ...Somehow.
Mr. Luggs has a habit of disordered eating (it's mentioned in his profile he overate until it killed him, and is still ridiculously overeating in the afterlife)
No, but not all of the ghosts’ causes of death are confirmed/implied so there are theories that fans have made that claim that certain ghosts died by suicide. Also, while not really suicide, Mr. Luggs basically killed himself by overeating and Sir Weston seemingly froze himself to death.
Luigi makes a new mansion with Prof.E Gadd´s help using all the money you got through the game, so depending on how much money you get in the game the ending is better but the all the endings are still happy
