I would argue yes, although the LGBT characters are identified as queer in a throwaway line that largely doesn't impact the text, and is up to interpretation.

Yes. This book also includes a SIGNIFICANT amount of racism in taking character of colors' agency and intelligence away from them. "Islander women" are reduced to sexual stereotypes, Daggoo and Tashtego are stripped of their ability to even speak fluent english, and Mrs. Swain is referred to with anti-black and orientalist derogatory language. A Black character in the first few pages of the book is also reduced to a "mammy" stereotype. There is also ableism, initially with a little person described as "animalistic". Ahab himself is also treated with disrespect in regards to his lost limb.
