i’ve watched the entire show, seasons 1 and 2, and it is 100% safe !!! there might be a mention in an episode or two ? but none that i even remember. absolutely no v* at all, it’s such a great show too
In S1E10, Kemper attempts suicide by cutting his wrists. He survives, and although we don't see his attempt, he peels off his bandage so Holden can see his scars
there is a minor child character who some fans speculate to be autistic, and he can causes struggle in his parents marriage it does come across as though one of his parents neglects him due to his behaviours.
Ed slits his wrist and later shows Holden the stitched wound. It may have been more of way to get Holden's attention than an actual suicide attempt, but it could still be triggering.

Yes and No. The behaviour of a male suspect gets judged and the fact that the man "cried like a baby" gets mocked behind his back. Maybe this could trigger people with this phobia.
Depends on how you look at it I think. Not a completely happy ending but also not completely sad. I felt the ending was semi-realistic and therefore left me with some feelings of sorrow
