no visual on season2 ep3, the sounds are just liquid splashing but not coughing or gagging however its made very clear she is being sick.
in another episode in season2(sorry i dont remember which one) fleabag goes between saying "im going to be sick/im not going to be sick" the morning after a one night stand, she doesnt end up being sick or gagging or anything at all, she just keeps saying that for a couple minutes and stops after she leaves her dad's house! :)
