in The Witcher 3 - Wild Hunt:
SPOILERS AHEAD - Around the beggining of the game Geralt fights some people in an inn. At the end of the scene, you can see a man tu* from behind. You can hear the sounds but no v* is shown.
- Drunk NPCs tend to v*, especially during the night and in cities. They make r* sounds and sometimes the v* is shown, but it doesn't look realistic.
- Monsters called rotfiends make g* noises before they die. I think drowners make similar noises too.
- Uma v*s on Yennefer during the Trial of The Grasses. You can see the characters cleaning it up from the floor and off her dress afterwards.
Heart of Stone expanison:
- when you enter Shani's clinic/home, there will be ill NPCs v*ing.
- at the wedding there will be a lot of NPCs v*ing with (unrealistic) visuals shown for some reason, so be aware, mute the game when you're walking around if you want to.
- if you decide to give Shani alcohol during the wedding, she will v* during the... khm... boat scene.
