In canon, a character is impaled , and also at one point, a character's beating heart is visible. For what it's worth, when there is blood or gore on screen, it's usually brief, and the entire series is heavily stylized anyway.
Nope, no characters cheat, although it's implied that two characters' relationship has been disrupted by one of them dying. The first half of 'Hellbent' has a song playing that can be interpreted as being about cheating, but it's not likely to be triggering.
No, although in official material outside of the videos themselves, it's implied that one of the main characters was abandoned/ran away as a child. In the modern day, he has (had?) a very happy life with his adoptive family.
No; worth noting that a character is decapitated, but she's not a human character and her head grows back. The actual decapitation is very cartoonish, and no blood or gore is shown. She's completely fine and functional afterwards.
Ambiguous; a character is impaled through the abdomen in a way that would realistically break the rib cage if not also the spine; but the resulting injuries are only shown in a very quick shot in 'Hellbent'. Some ribs show, but no blood or internal organs. The series itself is fairly nongraphic, but extra art by the showrunners and fanart tends to go in a more explicit direction, so tread carefully.
To be expected, as this is a parody of 'Scooby Doo'. Heck, one of the main characters is one, and he's very intimidating when he wants to be. In addition, several other ghosts appear in 'Ghost'.
Tricky; in 'The Future', Mystery bites himself to distract Shiromori. He visibly bleeds. However, no one is shown hurting themselves because of mental illness, unless you count Arthur's apparent depriving himself of sleep.
Nope; 'Ghost' shows two characters with comically large sandwiches, but that's about it. Generally, it's very rare that characters are shown eating, disordered or otherwise.
Lewis is the most prominent character to die, and he's ambiguous; he's most often interpreted as Latino by the fandom. Either way, he's a character of color and he dies, though it does not remove him from the story.
No, this series is generally very clean, but be aware that Mystery Skulls, as a band, occasionally uses strong language and sexual references in their songs. Also, a character is briefly shown naked, but he's a ghost and has Ken-doll anatomy; no genitals or nipples.
'Hellbent' is the first time that characters are shown bleeding; no internal organs are shown, but considering the premise of the series, that being a character dying in such an unpleasant way that he returns from the dead to seek revenge, tread carefully in fandom spaces, and even when browsing artwork by the creators. 'The Future' is very bloody, and at one point a character has a hole in her torso that exposes her heart.
Yes, and at the end of 'Hellbent', you can hear a gunshot and see a bullet hole. The gun returns in "The Future", with audible gunfire. The character being shot at is a ghost, however, and is unharmed.
