in my personal opinion it is not “excessive,” that being said my opinion is suggestive. any gore in the show is during the “KEAL” (kill) test or if a contestant injures themself. If anything, the use of ballistics dummies is far gorier than the carcasses because they’re drained of blood

Not sure exactly what time but as soon as you see a guy start chugging blue gatorade skip forward for a little bit. Audio & visual but not too graphic in my opinion. Pretty much he just overhydrates and his body rejects it.

Many episodes have an already dead animal used to test blades on, and some have a ballistic gel dummy with fake organs also used for the test. Sometimes the ballistic gel dummy has blue blood to look less realistic, but sometimes it's red
