In 1. Episode, Anne Lister shoots a sick horse. You don’t see it, though - she points the gun at its head and the camera films her father and then you hear a shot and the horse collapsing.

one of the main characters ends up with a cut hand after zoning out for some time. You can guess when the scene starts (they hold a broken glass), it happens off-screen so nothing to skip. However, when the character comes to their senses, their hand is very bloodied. It is implied that it was self-harm.

I've watched all of season 1, this contains every vomit scene for emetophobia.
S1E1:A girl is helped out of the carriage and promptly lurches forward and vomits on the floor. You can skip from 6.20 to 6.35 and you won't hear or see any of her vomitting or retching etc.
Also S1E1: Eugenie vomits in a garden (no visual), it cuts straight to the scene and there's no warning so skip or mute from exactly 15.00 to 15.25 to avoid her vomitting. However, she remains swallowing/gasping and clutching her stomach for the rest of the scene which is uncomfortable to watch, so I would recommend muting the entire scene from 15.00 to 16.00 and just keep subtitles on.
S1E4: Miss Lister vomits into a bowl, with audio and visual. Skip from 38:30 to 38:50 to avoid the section entirely.
S1E6: Miss Lister vomits with audio and some visual, she tells her family at the table she thinks she is going to be sick at 6.06, and rushes outside to vomit. Skip from 6.06 to 6.46 to avoid it.
S1E8: Miss Lister is on a boat, she is writing a letter to Marion, and then vomits. It's the shortest scene of vomitting I've seen so far. Skip from 31:55 to 32:05 to avoid it. (audio and visual)
Also S1E8: Eugenie is sick after a carriage journey, it has no warning whatsoever and vomit dribbles from her mouth the second she exits the carriage. Skip from 36:55 to 37:15 to be safe. (visual and audio)
S1E2,3,5,7 SAFE
I haven't missed anything and I've written this as I've watched each episode so don't let that worry you, every skip section avoids all vomit entirely/gagging etc.

Visually it seems so but it’s mostly due to a youthful appearance of an actress.
Aside from that, marriage is a heavily discussed theme, and it did look like a possibility for one main character to be married off to a widower who had been predatory in the past to this character [potentially as a child].
