The entire intro sequence is one massive strobe light. Also a lot throughout. (Who the **** voted no). It's more the screen going black than white but its still flickering.
An anomalous coffee machine, SCP-294, can dispense a drink of the player's choice. The player can be made to drink blood, or if they request a cup of 'Joe' or 'intestines', they can drink what is implied to be human blood and matter. This SCP can be avoided altogether if the player chooses.
If the player stays near SCP-1048-A for too long, they will suffocate due to ear-like growths forming on the body, including inside the windpipe. Decontamination gas can also suffocate the player.
Several of the anomalous entities escaped throughout the facility stalk their victims, and will target the player. The main antagonist is also constantly watching everything you do.
If the gas valves in SCP-035s containment chamber is activated, SCP-035 will begin coughing, gagging, and pleading with the player to shut off the gas valves. If the player is attacked by SCP-1048-A, ear-like growths are described to form on the players body, causing them to eventually suffocate. The player is also heard breathing heavily when wearing any of the gas masks.
The severed hands of Foundation personnel can be found at some locations in the facility. These can be picked up and used to open doors locked by fingerprint scanners.
If you use the "Femur Breaker" to re-contain SCP-106, a D-Class personnels femur will be broken. Nothing much is shown, but the audio is quite disturbing.
When the player is attacked by SCP-1048-A, the players vision will begin to shake. While not explicitly a seizure, it may be similar enough to cause problems.
While Site 19 is not a hospital, it is quite similar to a hospital, with some medical instruments being shown and procedures being referenced (A notable example being SCP-049, who talks about medical procedures).
While not shown, when the player is attacked by SCP-1048-A, ear-like growths are described to form on the players body, causing them to eventually suffocate.
SCP-1123 is optional to interact with - it is a skull in a containment chamber - but interacting with it shows the player some scenarios set during World War 2. The final 'scenario' has a Nazi officer shooting the POV character for being Jewish. This is entirely avoidable if the player chooses not to touch SCP-1123.
It really depends, If you go out of Gate B and do not deactivate the Warheads you will be detonated and SCP 682 will breach. If you go out of Gate B without warheads activated, you will be shot down. If you go out of Gate A without containing SCP 106 The MTF will be distracted and you get saved by the Chaos Insurgency. If you go out of Gate A with 106 Contained, the MTF will stop, and realize how well you maneuvered and will either consider SCP classification or promotion back to Tier 4 Researcher.
The Nine Tailed Fox soldiers (MTF Epsilon-11) are armed with guns and will shoot if they find you. Gunshots are also heard at several points throughout the game.
