As a First-Person Action Shooter game there is an abundance of blood present at all times. Especially an unrealistic amount to signal head shots. If the player is critically injured they may also see blood appear on the edge of their peripheral vision.
One of the early missions "Federation Day" involves a segment in which the player uses a Strobe Light attachment on their weapon to blind and kill a group of enemies. This effect is very definitive and may trigger people with a past of photosensitive epilepsy.
Flies commonly scour around piles of dead and decaying bodies throughout the game. While they may not be visible on lower graphical settings, their audio files are always audible.
The player is able to drown on several occasions, the earliest being by crouching beneath the water surface for too long in the chapter "Legends Never Die". Then by having their mask damaged during "Into The Deep". And lastly by not swimming to the surface fast enough in "The Ghost Killer". Several NPCs have also been drowned during the destruction of the U.S.S. Liberator and the Atlas Platform.
Excluding the player; a series of NPCs are thrown off the skyscraper during the chapter "Federation Day". Whichever NPCs remained are presumed to have fallen out of the tower upon half of it collapsing.
At the end of the game, the player, Logan, is taken by the primary antagonist, Rorke. A post credits sequence shows him being kept in a hole, presumably tortured to break, as Rorke was much earlier
Following the events of the chapter "Legends Never Die"; Gabriel Rorke is captured by the Federation Forces and tortured until breaking and allying with the Federation, this event leads as his transition to the primary antagonist. During the post credits cutscene, Logan Walker undergoes the same form of torture.
The camera shakes very often during scripted sequences. Most noticeably during the initial chapter "Ghost Stories" as ODIN rods impact the ground, or upon any bullet impact at all.
Call of Duty is a First Person Action Shooter series known primarily for gun violence. Throughout the game you will be expected to use small and large caliber weapons, chemical weapons, and even potential WMDs.
Following the capture of Gabriel Rorke and his interrogation on board of the Ghost's plane, the group is intercepted by a Federation Gunship which quickly tears their plane in half, starting off the chapter "The Hunted". Later during the chapter "All or Nothing" the player is tasked with destroying the Federation Gunship using the U.S.S. Liberator's Sparrow Launcher System.
Following the final faceoff with Rorke, and the use of an orbital weapon to dispatch the Federation Naval Forces, a post-credits cutscene reveals that Rorke has survived the attempt on his life once again as he takes Logan Walker hostage; submitting him to the very same form of torture that he was a victim of. The game then ends on a cliffhanger.
The entire unit of Ghosts is being constantly stalked by the primary antagonist Gabriel Rorke, as evidenced by his kill list in the chapter "Struck Down". During the chapter "Federation Day" the Ghosts themselves are stalking out for Victor Ramos, the right hand of Gabriel Rorke.
Throughout the game, Gabriel Rorke constantly pushes the blame for his actions onto Elias Walker. Blaming him for having let him fall during the events of the chapter "Legends Never Die". His final taunt is injuring Logan Walker and blaming his pain on Elias, telling him to "Look how much pain he is causing Logan".
The earliest instance of a player crashing their vehicle is during the chapter "Struck Down" where the team of Ghosts ride through the middle of a crossfire before crashing their truck inside the interior of a large Football Stadium. Later during the chapter "Clockwork" the player is able to crash several Federation vehicles into the frost layer with their vehicle mounted weapon.
During the Football Stadium raid in the chapter "Struck Down", and during the escape from a Federation Base in "Clockwork"; several enemy soldiers are struck down by the player's vehicle if they have not been shot beforehand.
During the chapter "Atlas Falls"; shortly after disabling the Pressure Regulators an explosion occurs which coats several workers and guards of the top deck in burning oil. Accounting for the off-screen screaming noises it is fair to say more workers have been burned alive during the explosions.
Elias Walker, father of the protagonist Logan Walker, is executed in front of his two sons by the primary antagonist Gabriel Rorke at the beginning of the chapter "Sin City".
There are no actual "Ghosts" in Call Of Duty: Ghosts. The title of a Ghost refers to a cell of stealth operatives who have gained their title as an urban legend by the only survivor of one of their earliest deployments/encounters.
