Hanzo has multiple skins in the game that feature killed dog related animals/canines, such as a wolf, or a coyote, and/or etc. His skin is optional and it’s not even the default one. You may not see it in a lot of games/matches, but in others you might. It’s really frustrating.

It doesn’t even seem like most people notice the blood effect but in size it can get excessive during its split second of being onscreen. Everything slows down when there’s a victory/defeat and it’s on display for longer as a result but no gore whatsoever.
