DAEMONVISION
A character's eyes go white at one points, and the main character mentions something relating to this in the epilogue episode (she's metaphorically speaking, though)

Implied that this happened to the main character, though it's mostly theories.

YES. Most memorable is in the second episode. After Maggie messes up the lines, Agatha pushes her away and calls her a rude name. Look away (and mute your device) because the already terrifying Maggie suddenly changes from a creepy cartoon to a realistic depiction of herself (probably a rubber puppet or person in a suit) and lashes out at Agatha. Similar imagery is seen as a screamer in the Apple escape game and a certain facebook post. Maggie scares me so much please call animal control.

Yes, but it's more of an in-universe thing. Agatha and Maggie call each other a polish word that basically means R***rd in the second episode. Still, avoid this scene cause it's a jumpscare and a terrifying one at that.

Not in a fan-service way, either. There are allegories to sexual assault, possibly CSA as well. Theories revolve around rape and kidnapping and the like.
