This goes on for most of the episode, and only at the end does he realize that it's a illusion and Foon is real after all. Listeners know that the illusion cannot be true ("Chunt" claims to really be a nurse named Chris Hunt, which would contradict the rest of the podcast), but the "doctor" is heard again after the credits.
