Rod Serling narrates an anthology of fantasy, horror and sci-fi stories from a set resembling a macabre museum. A chilling work of art serves as the connective link between the stories.
In the episode "The Painted Mirror", a very tiny dog is sealed away in a landscape where there are dinosaurs - it may be triggering for those with anxiety, as it can't be good news for the small creature. Nothing is shown as to a death but it is tense if you like dogs.
Episode "A Fear of Spiders" has several real tarantulas in it. They get washed down a drain, etc, but the largest spider during the climax is what appears to be some sort of vacuum covered in fur (not very scary, really, and I get spooked by the emoji that shows up when I type the word on my screen, so I'm pretty frightened of them).
In the "Eyes" segment of the pilot episode, a man who owes a gambling debt agrees to give up his sight in exchange for $9,000. His optic nerves are transplanted to a cruel rich woman who has been blind since birth and, after experimental surgery, will only have vision for eleven hours. Nothing graphic is shown, but the situation itself and the man's poignant speech about having seen all he wanted to in life could be distressing.
