One of important NPCs is alcohol addicted, and protagonist is able to give him more vodka. However, the addiction is portrayed as something tragic and any vodka-jokes are very bitter.

Vodka is once again a primary anti-rad, so unless you'd prefer to be using anti rad pills or Radioprotectant, then you'll be using it. Also as part of the story, you have to drink a lot with Zulu, so bring some food, cause you'll starve otherwise.

Some animal-shaped mutants are typical enemies in game, but that's all. No acts of cruelty.

If you don't kill the controller in the eastern tunnel, the team who escorts you will be possessed, and kill you.

Yes, one of important, named and probably likable NPCs shoots his head.

Some slurs are used by villains as insults, but not against discriminated groups.
