As in most Yakuza games, during combat the player can wield swords and guns, and perform brutal and bloody "heat actions" that do enormous damage and usually involve using a weapon or scenery in violent ways. This is usually met with large spurts of blood. Nevertheless, nobody ever dies from combat, even after you've run them through with a sword or shot them repeatedly in the chest.
In a cutscene a man is slashed across the chest with a sword and fatally thrown out of a window.

No but a little girl is courted by a man who wants to be her talent agent. There's no implication that he's a pedophile, but some might see him as kind of creepy. She tells him she doesn't want to be a pop singer and that's the end of that storyline.

No, but the player can go to the Earth Angel gay bar, where the bartender - Mama-san - is a large trans woman with stubble, wearing a dress. She is portrayed sympathetically in some side missions, where she has a bigger involvement in the story, but she is misgendered by someone who the player then fights.

No, but in one side story, a trans woman who used to belong to a biker gang discovers that her old friends are in town, and fears them because they don't respect her transition. The protagonist and another of her friends fight them off.
And in another side story, the same trans woman is disrespected by a customer at her bar. The protagonist beats them up and they apologise to her.

The entirety of Yakuza 2's plot revolves around a massacre of a Korean mafia 20 years prior to the game. One of the main characters is a cop who gained the nickname 'Killer' for killing Koreans and claiming self defense, and is presented as a sympathetic character.
The enemy Korean mafia are presented as heartless soldiers who would kill themselves before admitting defeat, playing into the stereotype of foreigners having barbaric practices.
Multiple instances of Sinophobia typical of the Yakuza series spread throughout.

The game is set in two red light districts, so there is a background level of sexual content related to that. There is an optional side activity where the player takes pictures of adult video actresses in sexy outfits.

Like most Yakuza endings it's bittersweet, but it leans far more towards sweet than bitter. One character loses her estranged brother, but isn't too affected by it. Most of the ending comes after the credits.
