While all endings have Bullet survive, towards the end of the game the main villain orders the player to kill their dog with a handgun. The player character throws away the gun, but Bullet is injured off screen (heavily implied to be by the player having a hallucination). The player character then carries the injured dog down a ravine while text implies that Bullet is dying in your arms. The player character blacks out, Bullet disappears for the rest of the game and is implied to have died.
It isn't until the final moments of the game (between 1-1.5 hours later) that you learn that Bullet survives.
The sound design is pretty realistic and the dog barks, whines, pants, sniffs, and sometimes makes licking sounds. There's also sometimes high pitched ringing noises that can be painful if you have sensitive ears.
Protagonist, that we play as, is an ex cop, who helps police with the search for the lost child. There is not a lot of the copaganda except of that aspect.
The Player Character suffers from PTSD, and will suffer anxiety and even death if he is separated from his dog for too long.
Also contains trigger-like flashbacks.
Many scenes take place under ground, and there is a portion where the player character is stuck inbetween two rocks under ground and loudly vocalizes that he is trapped.
