Debatably. There is a huge scam within the travel business where deserving souls are told that they don't qualify for tickets on the number 9 train, and then the tickets are sold to undeserving souls. This likely requires a lot of gaslighting on the travel agent's part.

The character Glottis is addicted to gambling. Most of the characters also smoke cigars and cigarettes, and it's hinted at in an optional bit of dialogue when you first meet Glottis that Manny may have a nicotine addiction (The dialogue option for this bit is the phrase "If you hate your job, why don’t you quit?")

The beginning of chapter 3 has a segment where the main characters are underwater for a long period of time. Manny is fine because he doesn't need to breathe, and while glottis struggles to breathe a bit he doesn't visibly show signs of distress.

Using Manny's scythe to cut things is required for some parts of the game. He does not use his scythe to cut another person, but he does use it to stab a squid in the eye and to cut the flowers away from another character's body.

Lots of heads and limbs being taken off of skeletons, including a scene where a skeleton's arm is in a coffee grinder. On a more psychological level, seeing a skeleton get "sprouted" (basically overgrown with flowers until it kills them) can be pretty disturbing. Glottis also tears out his heart at one point, complete with a gross squelching sound.

At the beginning of year two, a figure that looks like Meche has their back turned and turns around to reveal a raven with a skull's face, shouting "And it's all because of YOU!" . It could be frightening if you aren't prepared for it. Be sure to skip the cutscene when "Meche" says something like "I've been alone for a whole year". There is also a loud, jarring screech near the beginning of year 3, so you may want to mute the game after Manny says "Glottis, cover your ears". Also in year three is a segment where a light is shone on sea monsters for a brief moment (Skip the cutscene when the little diver shines his light towards the camera)

When Glottis talks about getting fired in year one, he pulls out his heart and it makes a gross squelching noise. Many areas also have very repetitive sounds, such as tapping on a keyboard or water dripping. At the beginning of chapter 3, there is a loud screeching noise, so mute the game when Manny tells Glottis to cover his ears.

If Manny gives a male character a pair of silk stockings, the character will ask where he got them. One of the dialogue options has Manny claim he's been wearing them the whole time, to which the other character replies "Me too!" This is played for laughs, but the dialog is optional and you can choose a different option instead.
