COMPLETELY safe!! There is one episode in season 2 where a woman passes away and a very small dribble of drool comes out of her mouth but i have extreme emetophobia and it was not triggering at all- no noises, nothing triggering just a teeny little trail of drool like if u fell asleep with your mouth open.
