The day-to-day life of two unwilling partners of the Montreal Police Department, Officers Nick Barron and Ben Chartier. These two beat cops patrol the urban sprawl of downtown's 19th district, in cruiser No. 2. 19-2 is about the tensions and bonds that develop between two incompatible men of very different temperaments and life experiences. Over time, Nick and Ben's mistrust and antagonism for each other give way to moments of mutual respect and a wavering chance at a true partnership.

Flashback shows a bloody dog in the road, hit by a drunk driver. The driver’s son is shown shooting the dog to put it out of its misery. We don’t hear the dog whining in pain, nor do we see any movements from the dog to indicate suffering (which makes the scene a bit easier to watch compared to the French language version of the series).
An adult man escorts a female child into an hotel room where he applies chapstick to her lips and gives her 'grown up shoes', then tell her that she has to make another man 'happy'. she is rescued right after that.
Beginning of the episode shows a child hunting. He shoots, then the camera pans over and shows a fawn on the ground, bloody and still slowly twitching.
A bloody dead cat is shown, up close in a Holy Water container, when the police arrive at a church. There is also a dead bird in the cat’s mouth. Almost identical to the original French language series scene, just a little shorter length, with fewer shots of the bird and cat.
No death, just an injury warning. At the very beginning of the episode, the aftermath of a car collision is shown. A woman and a dog are lying on the ground, both having been thrown through the windshield. The dog is bloody and there are some mild whining noises. Have no fear: the dog is later shown healthy and happy from a vet visit, and is given a new home. He even gets a new name: Homer.
