The whole entire book is centered in heavy rape culture ideals and romanticized for it. On top of that there are explicit scenes towards men and women of non-consensual and forced sexual violence which includes torture, illusions (basically drugged), over powering, and incestual relations. The sex scenes that are supposed to be enjoyable in the characters mind are all centered around her being over powered by her partner multiple times over, throughout the book most female and some male characters are assaulted and in the end of the book are multiple blatant rape scenes and every single scene is described in great, graphic detail. Please do not read if even slightly triggered, I wouldn’t suggest this book to anyone, even someone who hasn’t been assaulted.
